In her appearance on this morning’s Washington Journal (linked below), Jane Hamsher recommended reading David Waldman’s post: Ressurecting Reconciliation
The usual nattering suspects would have us believe Reconciliation is dead and if not dead, too fraught with parliamentary dangers . . .
but, but Kent Conrad would be in charge !, what about the Byrd Rule ? we’ll lose the PO !, this will make the process too drawn out !
David skillfully addresses our concerns regarding the process. Give it a read – and don’t worry if you don’t ‘get it’ right away – just read through a few times, you’ll be amazed how much you pick up.
I recommend bookmarking and reading Congress Matters on a regular basis – it is easily the most under utilized resource in the blogisphere.

By no means does David foretell a happy ending – just does his usual skillful job in giving us a lay of the land
Having Jane on Washington Journal was something to be truly thankful for.
So glad you posted this.
Oh, all right. I’ve bookmarked it, so I’ll read it after all the Thanksgiving fuss is done.
Great post title – curiosity brought me right to it, just skimming around quickly.

Ha. The last caller, a Dem, said the magic words: Never. Give. Up.
The lady who won’t ever forgive Jane, the Lake and Kos, is a really disappointed Hillary supporter.
