I live in Sander Levin’s district. I think the man is in his 80s. Seems like he’s been around forever, and is a mainline Democrat all the way. I’m not saying that for good or ill, it’s just what he is. I suppose he will be there until he physically can’t get there anymore, like Strom Thurmond, or until he literally drops dead. I voted for a man named Switowski in a recent primary, but he probably never stood a chance against the old man. Levin’s not a bad poster boy for term limits, like say 20 years and you’re out, time to give someone else a chance. Conyers, too. I say these guys like being in Congress just a little too much.
