Happy Turkey. May someone here, more knowledgeable about cooking than me, know about how long a 18 pound turkey needs to cook. I put it in five and a half hours ago.
Cut the skin between the leg and the body and if the juice in there is clear, it’s done. If still pink, it isn’t.
