Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Nobel-prize winning economist Paul Krugman  “discuss how the struggles facing America’s middle class are affecting our society.”

Warren and Krugman will address a range of topics, such as consumer safeguards, student loan refinancing, bankruptcy protection, banking controls, minimum wage reform and women’s health care. Janet Gornick, professor of political science and sociology, and director of the Luxembourg Income Study Center, The Graduate Center, City University of New York, will moderate.
