I just read on Huffpo that Obama is bailing on the public option. I just wrote the white house this letter.
I cannot believe that I am reading that President Obama is backing out of the public option. My husband will die without health care and he has no insurance. I will hold Obama responsible for his death. We are owned by the banks and corporations. This is no longer a democracy.
Way to go Mary!1 All citizens need to get off their butts and tell their congress critters they want and need Single Payer Public Option!! We have been taken for a ride by these so called Health Insurance companies! They are more like how much can I make before the Government wakes up and sees we have been fleecing our customers for years and years!!

I do not oppose a single payer system which lowers the cost of healthcare. The assertion that quality of care will suffer, is not logical. What I’m opposed to is mandated healthcare. Where the tax code is utilized to penalize the taxpayer/citizen/ who fails to enter into a “contract” with a tax exempt corporation like Blue Cross Blue Shield? Mandated Healthcare is unconstitutional on its face. The link above explains why! The irony here is that while “insurance corporate interests” are being protected, to the chagrin of the uninformed citizen, many corporations are in fact responsible for the diseases inflicted on America by marketed legal products which cause premature death and great expense to our society.
Revoke the tax exempt status of every corporation in the health services and use the tax code to control cost? Use the tax code to effectively control for profit insurance companies! As Dred Scott was denied standing and the legal protection of the constitution, enabled by a dysfunction legal rational in constriction with the plain language and intent of the rule of law as envisioned by our founders, Mandated healthcare in the absence of effective cost control measures, protecting the taxpayer and the citizen…. is corporate servitude and an insidious form of slavery enable under the color of unconstitutional law for the benefit of entrenched corporations as the Dred Scott decision protected the economic interests people who owned…people!!!!
