I just lovelovelove Lewis
I had the great delight to do comedy at Lew Black’s club in the 1980’s when political satire was not the rage. Lew did the Midnight Show every midnight on Friday. We went into the wee hours. We were young…. He was brilliant then as he is now. He helped a lot of writers, actors and comedians and kept us sane through the awful Reagan years in NYC. Later I became his agent.
Truth to power. I’m glad he now is right there in the belly of the beast. He has never, never, compromised.
