As Glenn Greenwald makes clear: if Cheney is telling the truth (not exactly a slam dunk,) we know why impeachment was off the table for Pelosi and Reid. They were every bit as guilty of impeachable acts as the Administration.
With the heads of two branches of the government likely guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, which will probably go unprosecuted, it seems fair to say that America is at best a failed state, at worst, an ongoing criminal enterprise.

Hey, go to Think Progress now, there’s a story on this and those you so easily accuse (at Cheney’s word!!! Heavens!) telling their side.
Can we stop shooting from the hip a bit? This sure makes the Lake look like it’s filled with those so eager to condemn with no research that they are on intense stimulants.

No research? The only people that I have seen post here that might take Cheney at his word for anything, are concern trolls or Repuke defenders at all costs.
Pelosi and the entire House Intelligence Committee were informed of NSA’s illegal expanded surveillance activities on Oct 1/01. Here is her letter dated Oct 11/01 to Hayden in which she states that she is concerned. It is from her website. She knew about the illegal surveillance and so did all the other members of the House Intelligence Committee.
