Truce? |

Basher al-Assad has agreed to a truce, a sure sign the “rebels” are winning. With a face that appears to have been cloned from a badly-minted coin, this is the man, remember, who made his chops by ordering his snipers to pick off mourners at funerals of his most recent victims. Will he use this opportunity to keep reporters and international observers focused on the “truce” while he readies his biological weapons?

Whatever is transpiring inside or around Syria due to “rebels” who seem to be driven and powered as much if not mostly by outside covert/overt factors rather than Syrian inside factors remains steadily largely murky. One could imagine easily that whatever is unreeling in Syria it very likely has much in common with what befell Libya in 2011.
It is not too difficult to weave several knowable threads together regarding Syria here in late 2012 that WashingtonDC and its covert/overt means and ways is now deeply engaged in bringing to Syria what Libya saw cut out,sown and stitched together by WashingtonDC in 2011.( yes I understand Libya was a “NATO” operation with some UN OKs thrown in but that only happened because WashingtonDC wanted it to happen — one only need look at what Tel Aviv has done/does routinely to know this only happens/is allowed because WashingtonDC lets it be so ) One could also surmise that whatever is being stirred up in Syria is also intended to disrupt the status of current Lebanese affairs and who participates/shares in Lebanon give and take politics.
The idea that Americans are entitled to decide who runs or rules other nations because we are Americans is a genuine pail with many holes concept if ever there was one. Americans perhaps would have some credibility in this if we were astute about taking care of own war-criminals,terrorists and malefactors. Post WW2 Americans were certain they knew who were German and Japanese war-criminals and the morality of killing innocents — now we want to barter on the morality and moral standing of B.H.Obama killing innocents and seemingly like to now spin and shape shift the politics to fit the American POTUS doing it. One can easily surmise this is all about tribal politics too. That post WW2 certainty of Americans now reset to doing Three Monkey.
Until Americans get a handle on our own homegrown war-criminals and actually get our own political and economic pie slicing and serving taken care of — our own American legal,ethical and moral shortfalls,detours and disgraces lined up and dispatched we likely are the very last people on this planet who should be telling the Iranians,Iraqis,Libyans,Syrians,Egyptians,Afghans and Pakistanis what to do,who should be doing it and how it is to be or get done. Americans can’t/will not deal with G.W.Bush,R.B.Cheney or B.H.Obama — three known American war-criminals. Americans should mind our own business as there is plenty of it not getting done. Lets let the Syrians solve their problems. We Americans have demonstrated well enough just since the year 2000 that we do not know how to do imperialism and very likely cannot even do capitalism or democracy and get a passing grade. Post 2008 and this 2012 WH election Exhibits #1 and #2.
