how about good ol’ habeas corpus? it was around for a long time before O ditched it and it sort of made civilized community possible, didn’t it? I don’t know if HC can be found anywhere in the Constitution but it’s been a bedrock principle of law for a bunch of millenia now. Or was, anyways.
Oh. By the way. That Brennan guy. I’ve heard his rap. He is an Enthusiast. In the worst sense of that word. An authoritarian personality on a mission. And one very scary dude.
