Actually, although it would be rather ironic, I don’t think the FCC gets involved since this is cable and not over the air.
But the horror Joe et al show; I wonder where they were when Dick Cheney cursed out Patrick Leahy on the floor of the Senate?
Didn’t Imus get fined heavily once for saying the same on his show before they cancelled it?

It’s just indicative of the frustration that Scarborough feels with the Repub losses. He really should have been apologizing to his viewers, and to Chuck Carney or whoever he was quoting.
