AFP is reporting today that NASA has discovered evidence of the largest ever gamma-ray burst. They share with us this NASA photo of the event:

However, after just a bit of analysis, I differ with NASA over the source of this burst. NASA is saying that it comes from 12.2 billion light years from Earth. I think NASA was mistaken in their analysis because the image is actually an amalgam of three images previously published in Huffington Post. After deconvoluting the image above, I found this:

The event actually took place in Washington, DC less than two years ago. An echo occurred recently and probably contributed to the error at NASA. Give them a break, they’re only human and it’s very easy to see how they could think this came from billions of light-years away.

The man’s a hideous embarrassment. Cannot believe an elected official actually threw a bill on the floor of the House in a tantrum last week. He’s setting a horrible example for our children.
Ohioans should do something about this guy — put him in time out, please.
LOL!
If you click on the “echo” link, you get the YouTube of him throwing the bill on the floor.
Unfortunately have seen the video too many times already; I’d feel better if I went to the grocery store about 2 pm this afternoon and waited for a preschooler badly in need of a nap to throw a bag of cookies at his shopping mother while screaming.
At least there’s still hope for the preschooler.
Ah, science prevails yet again. I’m actually surprised that The Boner hasn’t moved down here to Texas. People need another reason to give us a hard time. This is the perfect time for him to move here, we are currently accepting Out of State Toxic Sludge. The Boner will fit right with in a shipment. Just think how good he’ll look dressed up as a cowboy (Rexall Ranger) and as a added bonus, he’ll be able to catch all those tears in his brand new ten gallon hat.
I don’t think NASA has anything to worry about. Swamp gas doesn’t emit gamma rays.
lol!
the link of his bill toss tantrum!!!
omg
lololol!
he’s a complete disgrace. unbelievable that his constituents allow him out into public election after election.
i don’t even want to DRIVE THROUGH Ohio cause it’s the origin of this moran.
lolol
jim, u r tooooo much.
I think maybe the swamp gas is just of many types of emissions from this very curious source.
sigh . . . him again, thought we were gonna get our geek on
mad progressive love to all firedogs anyway
Ha! The radiation so extreme that the subject shows a glowing, bronzed effect.
HA! very good!
