I was driving to work when I saw the blackish mini-mushroom cloud rise off of the Pentagon.
I was in NYC the next day to do a story. The stench was unforgettable, as was the fact that I stood in the middle of 43rd St at Times Square…at 10pm…and there wasn’t a single car on the road.
But Army Spc. April Gallop was IN the Pentagon.
And now she is suing Dick and Don.
You have to read the entire document to get the full force of the argument she and her lawyers are making. The holes in the official story are bigger than the initial hole in the Pentagon, that’s for sure.
Be agnostic, and think about the lies in the led up to the invasion of Iraq. If nothing else, she can demonstrate a pattern on the part of those she is charging.

Thanks for this post – and hopefully we can support her and any others who choose to join this lawsuit for damages. I just hope there is some judge somewhere in this country that will rule to let it proceed. All they need – just one honest judge.

When I read her Preliminary Statement a few hours ago, I was struck by the bravery of this woman. She is attempting to expose the lies of 911. This is one woman that demands the truth and if she gets her case to court, it will force the truth into the open for all Americans, not just those who get information from the internet, not MSM.
This might be one long court case. There are many videos that prove the lies of all of those in the White House circle who were responsible for allowing 911 to happen. An honest judge will allow them to be viewed. This is not a matter of not having enough evidence; there is more than enough to convict those responsible. I am sure that 911 Truth groups, the honest ones, are well aware of her case and will assist her. The power of one..may this woman stay safe.
This would be the best case ever for FDL to live blog. The world will be watching this one one closely. The Japanese Parliament and the EU Parliament will definitely be following this case. People around the world don’t believe the lies of 911 like the MSM conned Americans do.
Yes. People are always saying that the 9/11 Truthers are a bunch of conspiracy nuts. But there just IS so much evidence and so many questions. Since this case deals specifically with just the Pentagon attack (which it must) it only just touches the surface of the mountain of lies and covering up and obfuscation we have been treated to. Our media is complicit as well – in part because I do think there is an element to the MSM (and the general public as well) that just cannot stand to think that people in our government would do such a thing.
But the corruption of power is absolute, and a goodly number of our elected and appointed officials – lots of them named in that lawsuit – are sociopaths and/or psychopaths. And I’m not the only one who thinks so. I’ve seen plenty of articles written on that very subject by psychologists and psychiatrists to believe that it is true.
I so much hope nothing happens to this courageous young women and that others do come forward and join her in this lawsuit.
They aren’t nuts and it was a conspiracy. Bob Graham, Porter Goss, and Jon Kyl are of particular interest.

- I was surprised at the evidence that there were foreign governments involved in facilitating the activities of at least some of the terrorists in the US
- stunned..not pursuing..if other terrorists received similar support..if the infrastructure of a foreign government assisting terrorists still exists for the current generation of terrorists who are here planning the next plots
- I believe the American people should know the extent of the challenge that we face in terms of foreign government involvement. That would motivate the government to take action
- I think there is compelling evidence that at least some of the terrorists were assisted not just in financing..although that was part of it..by a sovereign foreign government..we can look for other reasons why the terrorists were able to function so effectively in the US
- It will become public at some point when it’s turned over to the archives, but that’s 20 or 30 years from now. And, we need to have this information now because it’s relevant to the threat that the people of the US are facing today.

Senator Graham states that foreign governments were involved in 911, that the US gov’t isn’t doing anything about it, that terrorists are in the US now, and that there are other reasons that the terrorists functioned freely in the US before 911.
Every person on that Senate Intelligence Committee is a traitor. They allowed the US to attack Iraq knowing full well that Iraq was not involved. They are guilty of war crimes. It should make you wonder why Biden and Powell seem sure that Obama will be tested.
Two lawyers respond to her suit. One basically says ‘never’ and one says she has hope..and that it might take 4 or 5 years.
