State Senator Barbara Buono, Democratic candidate for Governor of New Jersey, exposed GOP Governor Chris “Hurricane Sandy” Christie for rewarding a lucrative no-bid contract to AshBritt whose lobbyist, former GOP Mississippi Governor Hayley Barbour, privately influenced Christie to award the contract in exchange for a fundraiser and donations to the Republican Governors Association.
At hearings investigating the contracts Senator Buono got AshBritt’s CEO to admit that other contractors could have done the same job for less money, and then the CEO launched a personal attack against the Senator by implying she was biased because she’s running for Governor against Christie. Later he had to apologize for his lack of temper and proper decorum at the hearing.

Typical Chris “Hurricane Sandy” Christie. By the way, Chris intends to ride all the way to the WH on Hurricane Sandy. Since this blowhard became Gov. is claim to fame is we now have 10% Unemployment and rising, higher real estate taxes, which makes us no. 1 in the country, more people in poverty etc. Oh but he did lower taxes for the top 1%. Mercedes sales are up in NJ as well.
