If you follow Occupy than you might have seen this already today. In light of looming cuts and continued corporate greed, the makers of the 2012 documentary We’re Not Broke made the entire film available for free (with commercial interruptions) on Hulu. I had it on today while working and it provides a clear, understandable breakdown of how corporations dodge paying for taxes and how much that (and our ever-growing wars) cost our economy. It also offers some history of the US Uncut movement, which predates Occupy Wall St.
We’re Not Broke is the story of how multi-national corporations make record profits, yet dodge billions of dollars of income tax, and how seven fed-up citizens take their frustration to the streetsand vow to make the corporations pay their fair share.
How are you doing today? What’s on your mind?

And, thanks for all of your help with the Over Easy series. Much appreciated.
I do what I can to help anyone but the Over Easy series has been a reliable source of interesting news every weekday morning, which makes my job easier too. :)
Thank you for posting this ,Kit. I’m coming back tomorrow A.M. with tea and mellow contemplation to view this.

You might see https://twitter.com/@anonproxies for US IP routes, temporarily change your browser settings (e.g. http://anon-proxies.com/proxy/profile?id=si0lretfhv ) then try watching the stream that way. When you’re done you can change your browser settings back.
Aw, thanks! Enjoy the film.
Great tip. does this work to view UK-only BBC streaming programs?
The film makers told me they are trying to arrange to have the film played on Canadian TV & said updates would go on their FB page.
I’m glad the watercooler isn’t broke. Thanks. FB’d.
