There is no justice in America.
There is one chance for America to recover it.
Only someone who has been convicted of a crime can be pardoned.
So all those GOP criminals, who through illegal political manipulation of law enforcement (quite a list of crimes right there) were never investigated, charged or convicted of a crime can be pursued after Junior Bush leaves office. He can’t pardon them….and “them” includes himself.
Either President Obama or McCain seizes this one chance to do their duty to their country and bring to justice Bush/Cheney and their whole gang of GOP/corporate conspirator….or justice is dead in America.
I mean am I missing something here, or are they not…. mass- murderers…. war criminals (real true war criminals in the WWII Nazi invader-thru lies mold),… bribers and bribe-takers…treaty-breakers..liars and thieves… …kidnappers, torturers…treasonous hypocrites and spies?….There’s evidence that their crimes even extend to child molestation.
These are real crimes for chrissake!
Its not like it’s a mystery.
Or a secret.
It’s on video.
It’s every law enforcement officer’s sworn duty to arrest these people.
What in hell is going on?

One of Bush’s final acts out the door will be to pardon everyone involved. Contrary to your assertion, he CAN and WILL pardon them before they are ever convicted (how else did Ford pardon Nixon?). The police power rests in the executive branch. No federal officer is going to arrest any of these people, and many of them are immune (they must be impeached first). The prosecutorial power rests in the executive branch. No US Attorney is going to prosecute any of them, first they will not be charged because there is not sufficient evidence (such as Bush admitting to war crimes – torture specifically – on national TV), then because DOJ has been politicized, there will be insufficient time to prosecute them before the change of administration. The new administration will be more interested in moving forward than looking back (”score settling” it will be called, as if it were some political trick, not a felony), and a bi-partisan commission will make a report, while the people, happy to have their country back, will not really care what happened years ago.
If you really, really want to get these bastards, you need someone who is a paralegal, who can file a suit on their own behalf (not a class action which will be taken over by lawyers) for the losses they incurred between 2000 and 2008, to file a RICO suit to have the Republican party and it’s officials (named in the suit) as members of a criminal conspiracy, seeking it’s dissolution and transfer of assets to a victims compensation fund, along with injunctions to freeze their assets to make sure they don’t disappear. You can throw anything (including the kitchen sink) in there as a claim that you have any evidence for, and seek to depose all the bastards who will then be out of office and (hopefully) be denied their “executive privilege” claim (since there will be a new executive, he can waive it – ask for that up front). Ask the court to take notice of the uncharged criminal conduct, and send a request for prosecution to the US Attorney (who will now have to prosecute them).
This is how you get the bastards.
Perhaps you are right. But did Ford actually pardon Nixon? For what exactly? I thought it was just a matter of him letting it go.
There is tons of evidence. Video of Bush and Cheney lying about WMDs. Video of Bush admitting he spied on Americans without search warrants or Probable Cause… that’s a violation of the US Constitution, and lying about Saddam connection to 911. The USSC ruled and wrote that Bush had violated international treaties a clear violation of the US Constitution, in both his prosecution and torturing of POWs. Powell’s massive lying at the UN was videotaped. The Libby affair and Bush’s promise to get the guilty people. His former press secretary says he lied about everything.
And make no mistake lying is violation of trust and his oath of office. For him its a crime.
I’d be satisfied with a law suit… but really if they are no prosecuted and jailed there is no justice in America. You are a morally dead country.
