We at The Seminal are among the increasing number of Americans who are becoming more conscious of what we put in their bodies. We also believe that the burgeoning local food movement is one of the most hands-on, progressive actions individual citizens can take.
As such, we’re beginning a weekly focus on the sustainable food movement, in all its forms. We’ll have regular columns on sustainable food – both the politics and the eating – by a pool of authors, some familiar, some new, that we’re working on expanding.
So, stop by every Sunday and participate. Leave a comment, write a diary on sustainable/local food. It can be a personal experience, an anecdote, breaking news, news analysis, evaluation of government policy, a great recipe, or just some personal opinions and views.
Either way, we hope you enjoy Food Sundays, and feel free to leave us comments or suggestions on the feature when you have them. Our first columnist will be up shortly.
