I’m quite amazed no one has posted about this recent loss (two days ago?) of a VERY important human who fought for many causes in his time with us.
He was 57, liver cancer I believe it was. In the Bay Area, he was famous, loved, idolized, and deserved every minute of it for his work.
Long after retiring from the nunnery, he championed many a cause, devoting his life to things that matter to people . . .
RIP Jack Fertig, and thank you for all your works amongst us all.

Huh, guess he’s not that well known out of the Bay Area. He was a good one, tho, champion of the people.
