They may not have more than a tent over their heads; odds are they’re malnourished. But today, thousands of children in Gaza gathered to prove they can still dream big. Their aim: a new world’s record in mass kite flying. The UN helped them do it.

Great video and yes they are beauts – btw – the International Committeee of the Red Cross acted as independent adjudicator.
Thanks Mark. I meant to add that (about the ICRC). Just a great day, with great people, all the way round. (And nice to see Ayman Mohyeldin smiling while giving a report from Gaza. His excitement is infectious.)
