Saturday Art: Walla Wallas by Dale Chihuly
10:29 am in Art, Culture by masaccio
Walla Wallas by Dale Chihuly is at Cheekwood Botanical Garden in Nashville, Tennessee. Chihuly is an artist who works in glass. Cheekwood features gardens and a museum, and is a beautiful natural setting for the organic shapes Chihuly and his team scattered across the grounds.
Walla Wallas are sweet onions, cultivated in the area of Walla Walla, Washington, a name that is fun to say and even to type into a computer.
Some things are beautiful, and make you feel good just to look at them, and there isn’t anything else to say.
