Bet you thought you had enough problems to worry about. Well, here is another one.
Kate Kelland of Reuters reports that scientists discovered a superbug strain of gonorrhea in Japan in 2008 that is resistant to all antibiotics that have been used to treat gonorrhea in the past, especially the cephalosporin antibiotics that are normally the last treatment option.
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that the disease has spread to other countries, including Australia, France, Norway, Sweden and Britain.
Kelland writes,
Gonorrhea is a bacterial sexually transmitted disease which, if left untreated, can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirths, severe eye infections in babies, and infertility in men and women.
It is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases in the world and is most prevalent in south and southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. In the United States alone, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the number of cases is estimated at around 700,000 a year.
The clever little pathogen has not only mutated to resist antibiotics, it has mutated to cause less severe symptoms. Doctors used to say if it felt like you were passing razor blades when you urinated, you likely had gonorrhea. That is not true anymore and many people afflicted with the disease do not realize they have it, unless they notice a white discharge in their urine.
The WHO regards this as a very serious health threat.
Prevention is the best cure. Always practice safe sex, unless you are in a long term monogamous relationship and you trust your partner

Having had the clap back in the 60′s, I can state in all honesty that it DID feel “like you were passing razor blades when you urinated”. AND THAT version was able to be passed by women without them being aware of the infection. The ‘good’ news -back then- was that the public health officials went out of their way to contact the sexual partner(s).
Now I’m certain this will only buttress the Vatican’s campaign against condoms.
I wonder if the Right will call this a punishment on straight people. I suspect the only reason this disease has not been found yet in America s because we don’t have national healthcare to screen everyone who feels sick.
If a disease is found in Japan you would expect it to be found next in that countries major trade partners and tourist destinations America and Japan.
We don’t have National Healthcare to find the disease and the Chinese would not tell us if they do find the disease.
An international sex disease has interesting implications for the 1% big businessmen from Japan who sleep around often go to other countries for business and sleep around with the same women the 1% in America sleep around with and they I would guess pay extra sometimes for no condom.
In a generation or two enough of the the 1% might be sterile leaving the 1% unable to maintain their population.
A disease that is only sometimes noticed can spread undetected for quite a while
A disease spread by jet setting Japanese businessmen who sleep around will likely effect the same pool of women the elite 1% in America sleep with Newt, ex Gov Mark Sanford, Sen Vitter, Donald Trump, Charlie Sheen etc.
People in their position pay doctors to keep these things quiet and not make reports even Jon doe anonymous reports.
This secrecy will let the disease spread among the 1% more than it would spread among us.
Mason, just so you know, there are cures for everything that is created in this reality. I haven’t constructed this blood electrification device for myself, but what’s interesting is that this is a US patented technology.
It was originally created to prevent “dirty” blood from entering a patient’s system who need a blood transfusion. So what we have here is the US Patent office, issuing a patent on blood electrification. I don’t know if you know about the US Patent office and all those people who say they are out to suppress technology, a lot of it in the vein of free energy etc….but this was given a patent after extensive research and studies, so I’d say that’s proof enough that this creates results. Check out the patent, HERE.
Also the guy who brought this into my reality, Bob Beck, has some videos talking about blood electrification, magnetic pulses, silver colloid and water oxygenation.
So what this all boils down to is a cheap efficient way to rid your blood of all pathogens, bacteria etc, soooooooo ya, we got that going for us…..
Here’s the youtube.
That’s the guy’s channel, he also has a lot of stuff on Jon Searl, so really, it’s this kinda stuff that we have, we just aren’t “allowed” to use it…..
All the love.
LMFAO Can this stuff help my golf game?
Sorry Mason, chebetts didit.
Srcly, Kids today can’t have the fun like we used to in the 60-70s, blacklights were so cool. AH HA, thats it, sex under black lights must have killed the killer pathogens and protected us,..or then again, maybe they caused the mutation, damn,…its all our fault again.
Never pissed blades. Military treated us like pin cushions,.. coulda killed germs with our breath. lol
As someone living with Mrsa, this is very serious. When you live with an infection, inflammation, alive within you for long periods of time…it affects the whole body system. I know that Mrsa will kill me in the end. (unless I get hit by a bus, or have some accident it will complicate some other illness and contribute to my death).
According to my husband this is Vietnamese VD, rot your cock off. It’s been around since Nam. Supposedly, people weren’t allowed to come home from the war because they had this. Maybe an unsubstantiated rumor now has validity. Don’t know if it’s true, but when I mentioned this to him, he knew exactly what I was talking about.
Having been ushered during my college days through the gates of paradise more times, perhaps, than a mere mortal should deserve, I can truly support the ballot initiative presently circulating that the USC marching song ‘Fight on’ (for USC)’ be altered to ‘Clap on ‘(for USC).
I suspect we both strive tirelessly for historic accuracy and relevancy.
FWIW: Having thoroughly digested the irritations of a mollusk which you have generously cast before the porcine herd in your diary, the expression ‘clap trap’ takes on new tangential dimensions never before realized in this sector of the galaxy. :>)
Thanks and recommended
Heh.
Oh (((wavpeac))). I am so sorry to hear this, a very serious condition. I have seen Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS) in patients, r/t MRSA, just heartbreaking. Stay strong, I am wishing for better days for you, that you will beat this thing.
What a devious mind you have, things.
Delicious thought, although I really wouldn’t wish this disease on anyone.
Clap on Trojans!
Priceless!
Clap on for the Trojans. Now that rocks!
Tis a blessed pearl o’ wisdom, eh mate?
Best wishes, wavpeac. I will say a prayer for you.
Stay strong.
Namaste
I doubt if it’s the same strain because so many years have passed and the first time this strain was identified was in Japan in 2008.
I could be wrong, of course. I just reported what the WHO and the CDC have reported.
