    If you only qualify for Medicaid and live in a state without medicaid expansion there is an exception to the penalties. That’s also on healthcare.gov, I believe in the FAQ section.

    Not the best deductibles. There are other plans with less deductible in the Zip code I use to get the quote 75080, Collin County (Richardson TX, a northern superb of Dallas).
