    Chug a two-liter bottle of water mixed with mustard and some green food coloring. Swish your belly around a bit, then start wretching. Works like a charm!

    (FYI, ipecac is difficult to procure nowadays. Concern over eating disorders. We’ve heard it isn’t super effective anyhow, and leaves you feeling queasy for quite a while.)
