We are getting sick from the dust from grading and trenching. We wanted a septic effluent collection system which can be bored as opposed to trenching. Much cheaper too. But the powers that be want the Big Dig project as it is way more money. Water supply is inadequate for present population so that is unsolved . I attended the Utilities Committee last night and with a 12% rate increase they still have a shortfall on the budget for our public water company.

The Surely Routine

When I was growing up, my mother had a particularly diplomatic form of reprimand, probably learned as a first grade teacher, that was very effective, so much so that we gave it a name in later years: The Surely Routine.
