anyone else notice the four gentlemen seated behind Cavanaugh during the second panel? they never stopped moving and craning their necks and taking their glasses off and on.

all i could think was animal house or a snl skit.

banks should not be allowed to use acronyms. i’m not sure they know what they mean either. too much like algebra for my liking.

if there’s a pop quiz after this hearing i will ditch out the back door as soon as you turn to the blackboard. ;-)

oh good, something i know about.

it’s called a blimp and can be fashioned from lightweight foam to cover the shotgun mike to eliminate the wind. if any of the supplies have packing foam just jury rig it around the mike.

It happened to a commenter here last year. Many on the e-mail list received a strange call for help and requested money be sent til they returned. I smelled a rat right away and e-mailed commenter to find it was a hoax and the e-mail acct. had been hacked.

Hi Teddy,
Power outage kept me from even lurking yesterday, and now found out about the “Original Firebagger” t-shirt. Who told FDL that I’m a sucker for t-shirts. Oh, okay. Nevermind. Thanks I think to mzchief for mentioning the new design last evening, and thanks Teddy and all at FDL for reporting you just won’t get anywhere else.
