We saw this effect in the ’08 elections. The absence of cell phone users in polling caused Obama’s margin of victory to be projected around 4 points smaller than it ended up being, iirc.
I think we’ll see a lot of the same tomorrow. Not as dramatic, because a lot of the young voters who came out so heavily in support of Obama will not show up tomorrow, but there will still be 1-2 point swings towards the progressive side.
Especially on Prop 19 :)
