Considering this is the same Congress that gave us the FISA Amendments Act and Ted Stevens “SERIES OF TUBES!” speech, I’m not sure if having them conduct oversight of this program would be better or worse. For now, I agree with commenter #1 that they simply don’t want to know what all these newfangled terms like “cyberwarfare” and “Google” and “Email” are.
