    TBogg,

In the parlance of our times…I haz a sad.

Happy trails to you, Mrs. TBogg, the L&TC and all the dogs.

All thanks also go out to James Wolcott for helping, and I imagine several others, to find your site all those moons ago.

Your blog was the Scarecrow of my digital OZ…the favorite. Great exit song, too. VERY SoCal.

    Best regards,

    Bob

Good golly, I sure do love that picture of the Mags.

Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son…

  • It is, and always will be; a great photograph. Vive les chien!

Happy Birthday to a handsome man. May Nellie McKay drop in and honor you with a tune on this most festive occasion.

    Dear TBogg,

Did you ever know that you’re my hero,
and everything I would like to be?
I can fly higher than an eagle,
’cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

    Your friend,

    Bob

    Hey TBogg,

Did you see Mr. Yglesias featured your pal Megan on his innertubes site? She seems to be quite popular with the younger set…

Heavens to Betsy that looks bad.

And yes, exactly how are the right wing fans of this dreck supposed to reconcile their cognative dissonance of loving Rand and hating HSR? Oh, that’s right, we’re talking about Jesus/Rapture/Fiscal resposiblers here.

    Never mind.

Great show and a great clip. Fernwood Tonight was the American version of SCTV in a way. Very raw and way ahead of it’s time. I used to watch it with my dad and we’d laugh and laugh. I think this clip may have legitimized my love of Tom Waits for my father.

Oh, and both Willard and Martin Mull are Cleveland boys. There’s a funny gene that runs deep in this part of the woods.

Ricky Gervais’ writers are gonna be steamed you wrote that last sentence ’cause it’s funnier than anything he had to say last night.

  • You are, and will always be, my favorite blogger.

    Cool Whhip.
