Well, that post has been removed, but the level of right-wing, anti-worker blather and anti-union propaganda is still frightening. No wonder the working and middle classes in this country vote against their own interests, they have been pickled in a pro-corporate brine served up by the media.

The unfortunate thing, DW, is that almost all of will hold our noses and vote for this weak, incompetent and corporatist disgrace of a Democrat. And I am fucking tired of this!
Obama, Reid and Pelosi are the most compelling argument for a third party I’ve experienced in my almost 60 years.
So, how do we get started? FDL Webinar on Wednesday?

The WH has obviously been listening to Warren. The recent Obama speech under the bridge in Ohio is a complete rip-off of a talk Warren gave to a small group in MA.
That’s where his totally phantasmagorical statement that he’s a “warrior for the middle class” statement comes from. He must have taken an elbow while going to the basket. Actually, I don’t think he has the courage to take it to the basket. I’m pretty sure he’s an outside shooter, unless the opposition works for him. I heard his lip injury last year was a result of eating pretzels.

How come Perry doesn’t have to wear a hairnet when he speaks?
Isn’t he serving up tripe? -

Hey Michele B: (Save the second “L” for lying.)
What do you think God is trying to tell you now, with: Earthquakes, Hurricanes and Wild Fires? To keep on cutting taxes and gutting the government?
Perhaps it’s that you should get on the good foot, tell the truth and make amends with the American People!
What the fuck do you need!?!? Locusts? Ok, they’re coming!

crispinjh commented on the blog post Transcript of Dan Choi Trial, Day 3: DoJ Files Writ of Mandamus Against Judge Facciola
In response to Fractal@117
If the evidence is strong enough to convince some of the defendants to bring civil actions for violations of constitutional rights, the evidence could “hit the fan” in those civil actions.
Should the DoJ decide to fold because they don’t want to gamble on the Writ and don’t want to provide full materials in discovery, how is there to be a full airing of what the government may be culpable of prior to trial? Only through the defendants bringing an action, as described above?
Thanks.
