As another stay-at-home dad, all I can say is AMEN.
We have been a ‘one-parent-stay-at-home’ family only because the other parent has earned more than three times the national median income all their lives, starting at 25.
I hear QIB but while I appreciate the distinction he makes, in general, RP is broadly correct.
The other thing: staying-at-home is not nearly hard as waiting tables or even working in an office. I know because I have done both.

Basically because Roe V Wade passed 16 -20 years earlier prevented the birth of a lot of kids who would have grown up in poverty and become criminals.
