    Who the fuck dies on a sidewalk in Brentwood after midnight? Who witnesses someone keel over on a sidewalk in Brentwood after midnight, and then dials 911? I’d like to hear the 911 tape and see the toxicology results. It would be irresponsible not to speculate.

    The DOJ may not have dropped their investigation. The link about dropping the DOJ investigation is information provided by an Ensign attorney last December (a precursor of his 2012 re-election campaign?). There is no confirmation the DOJ has dropped their investigation of him. DOJ recently indicted Hampton in March.
