It does seem strange. On the other hand, I do love certain people I’ve never met; Sandra Fluke for example.

No amount of regulation will do any good while the banks’ primary regulator, the NY Fed, is owned by the very same banks, with some bank CEOs on the Fed board. It’s ridiculous. This is why Geitner was a bad choice for Treasury.

So the strategy is to off a few more gays, then he’ll change his mind.

dstatton commented on the blog post Academia Is Being Totally Racist Against Glib Self-Regarding Hacks
If they want us to stop calling them racists, they should stop saying racist things. Attacking African American studies is her indirect way of asserting black inferiority. Whom does she thinks she’s kidding? It’s not that far from the KKK claims of merely defining “white peoples’ rights”.

He’s just trying and failing to rattle Fluke. She rattles him without even trying.

Time to write another check to Elizabeth Warren.

“Letting 10 rapists and murderers go free will almost surely result in far more harm to society than putting one poor innocent sap in jail.”
This is why we still call them fascists, despite his shitty little book.

Plus “Rearden Steel boners”. Now that did make me LOL.

A couple more quotes:
“Wal-Mart has also done its part to support the Democratic Party, recently donating $50,000 worth of gift cards to the host committee for the Democratic National Convention.”
“Obama will deliver his convention acceptance speech at Bank of America Stadium.”
The dots are connected!

dstatton commented on the blog post Andrew Breitbart NOT Killed By ACORN Deathdrone … Or Was He?
No at this time. I lent it to the Kenyan usurper in the WH.
For the record, I was not present in either case. Miles away.

dstatton commented on the blog post Andrew Breitbart NOT Killed By ACORN Deathdrone … Or Was He?
A lame try for credibility but the rest of his comment shows he doesn’t know what the fuck he’s talking about. A 40-something, overweight, heavy drinking, rageaholic can and often does die suddenly of heart failure. I’ve known a couple. One on a golf course, another in the parking lot of a Comfort Inn.

So he’s gone. I heard him interviewed on the radio about a year or so ago. The cancer was in remission, and he could sing again. He came across as a sweet, modest man, even claiming that his voice was not as good as Danko’s (me: Not!).

“Obama/Shakira 2012″
Now that’s a campaign that I can get behind. (If you know what I mean and I think you do)

dstatton commented on the blog post Romney Say, Romney Do
Is this the first time you’ve used Thurston and Lovey to illustrate a Romney post? It seems so natural.

“Obama’s desperate need to seem cool…”
The Irony Meter just went to 11.
I don’t see any desperation in Obama at all, but Jonah’s too clever for that. He’s such a smart man.

dstatton commented on the blog post Free Bacon Now Outdumbing Daily Caller And Breitbart’s Chalk Outline
Did they really take the average salary by gender without controlling for position? Eric Holder’s secretary makes less than he does. Scandal! They can’t be that stupid, can they? (rhetorical question)

Kathy Griffin said that the Catholic Leage is some guy with a laptop.
BTW, I once attended an anti-war meeting with some priests associated with the Berrigan brothers. There was a good looking woman there wearing tight jeans and showing a great ass. I later learned she was a nun ( or a former nun…it was a long time ago).

dstatton commented on the blog post Andrew Breitbart’s Big Stormfront
Amid all the sick racist shit was this:
“I remember when you had to own property to be eligible to vote and I was born mid-20th century.”
WTF?

Don’t you see? On domestic policy, he’s Hitler, on foreign policy he’s Neville Chamberlain.

Are they still claiming that the gays are shoving their engorged, rock-hard, throbbing agenda down their throat? Or did they catch on?
