I’m saying that OPEC controls the price of oil and the multinational oil companies control what OPEC does. Further, the more of a commodity, in this case oil, there is on the market the lower the price will be. And vice versa, the less of ‘something’ the higher the price. How much oil is actually in the ground? By limiting oil production OPEC can increase the price of oil by creating scarcity.

The problem is that the oligarchy around the world are frantic. They are shut out of the game going on in Egypt and they don’t like it. So they are flailing about trying to come up with some solution that benifits them.
