Exactly. I don’t think anyone can expect removal of these laws to be a panacea. But rather than actively promoting discrimination against LGBTs, governments should be setting their faces against it.

I don’t know if the progressive disregard is worse than it was under Clinton, but then, unlike Obama, Clinton never promised that it was time to “turn the page” from the Clinton administration.
