I have just been told by the fire Marshalls office that this involves only the first floor windows to secure them. She seemed to think this was not an act of intimidation by the Gov.
I have some experience in disability issues and expressed concern for the needs of those with medical conditions to have access to their medical supplies they have brought with them to maintain and treat themselves. And mentioned the person prevented access to their ostomy supplies/meds. I mentioned ADA law and possible violations to say nothing of the endangerment to others who may have diabetes, asthma or other chronic conditions requiring meds and medical supplies.
