I have the same hope for him. It’s one thing for him or anyone to hold certain beliefs; it’s another to attempt to force it on others through legislation. The Bible doesn’t even take an anti-choice stance but it has worked well for Republican politics.

Yes. Blind Allegiance needs to be read by far right Christians. It’s the only one of the Palin critiques that has a chance of reaching them. It’s the only I could give my mother that she wouldn’t throw in my face. I guess I’ll have to donate to Planned Parenthood or other progressive organization to offset my book purchases and counter Frank’s contributions.

Jeanne, Do you know if Frank has met with Trooper Wooten and offered him an apology? Do you think Frank realizes that Sarah and Todd may have lied about the extent of Wooten’s ‘badness’ and even may have projected their own stuff on him? (Apologies if this is addressed in the last 100 pages.) I can’t get it out of my head that the effort to destroy Wooten was simply based on paranoia or revenge for what Sarah felt was undeserved criticism.

I fume when Sarah takes credit for cleaning up the corruption.

I have about 100 pages to go in the book. It is a fascinating read but I find myself getting angrier with every new page. Do you think there’s any chance the AK legislature will investigate the Petumenos report and Sarah and Todd’s apparent perjury?
