So basically we are looking at a scenario where people had too much power over a person and used it according to their biases – both homophobic and “patriotic” (in their eyes). But what about the Kuwait experience? How come that isn’t part of the discovery?

Why are they not hearing testimony about the Kuwaiti confinement? I think he should get reductions in sentencing from that time forward. AND I think he should get reductions in charges because of President Obama’s declaring him guilty! (Don’t want much do I?)

I think at the very least, the football program should be stopped in its entirety for at least 5 years. And at the end of 5 years, there should be a review. Is the football program good for the school?
