While I think that florist is an idiot, I’m really not sure what they did rises to the level of a law suit by the state AG. Yes, she’s a bigoted jerk, so buy your flowers from her competition, and tell all your friends. Doesn’t need a law suit, and what she did doesn’t need some law protecting it. Frankly, all parties involved in this story seem to need to be slapped with an octopus.
