According to Congressional testimony by the Secretary of State and a Congressional committee, (http://democrats.oversight.house.gov/images/stories/subcommittees/NS_Subcommittee/6.22.10_HNT_HEARING/Warlord_Inc_compress.pdf), the U.S. government is “one of the major sources of funding for the Taliban.” The Taliban uses some of this money to kill U.S. soldiers which means the U.S. is effectively paying to kill its own soldiers. Why do you think there is relatively little mainstream (or other) reporting on this use of public funds?

Apologies for joining late, but referring to the experience gained from the vantage point referred to in the 4th paragraph of the introduction, based on this experience and vantage point, why do you think there has been, so far as is known, no unauthorized use following a purchase, construction, or theft?Based on this experience and vantage point and your knowledge of the applicable scientific disciplines and forensic techniques, what is your assessment of the probability that any unauthorized use would be traced back to its construction source?

The Taliban use their money to kill American soldiers.
According to an official Congressional report (see the start of the executive summary here: http://democrats.oversight.house.gov/images/stories/subcommittees/NS_Subcommittee/6.22.10_HNT_HEARING/Warlord_Inc_compress.pdf) and Secretary of State Clinton’s testimony, “one of the major sources of funding for the Taliban is the protection money” paid by the U.S. government to move military supplies from the port in Karachi into Afghanistan. What are you doing to stop the use of our tax dollars to kill our soldiers? -
