Is the The Full Faith and Credit Clause part of DOMA that could be repealed or would it stay in force? This is what allows married first cousins to move from Alabama, where it is legal, to NH where its illegal, and still be consided a married couple. Part of the DOMA law let the states off the hook as far as gay marriage is concerned.

You’ll never see any of this in the main stream press. 30% of the voting public will see the distortion in the right wing press and from the pulpit and believe it. Another 50% will not read or hear about it at all. The problem is the researchers – they complain once and thats it. They never sue or ask for public appologies, after a month or two the anti gay groups will use this data with impunity.

Boy is he going to be pissed. It seems a Gas Company worker mistakenly pierced a gas line causing the explosion. I can only hope the Gas Company’s insurance company rebuilds a bigger and better strip club. LOL

I watched that ad and didn’t realize its the “Gilchrist Metal” here at the end of my street here in Hudson, NH. Last time I noticed Gilchrist is on a town road that is owned and maintained by the town and serviced by town water and sewer.

I knew this was going to come up sooner or later. If you use children as an excuse for not allowing gays and lesbians to marry its only one more step to take the kids away from them. I know a couple of Tea Party members who would do it in a flash if they had the power.

David Bates’ idea is not the “civil unions” that were in place before the Same Sex Marriage bill was passed. Bates “civil unions” would be available to any two people, Mother-son, friend-friend, etc. They would be totally meaningless. You have to read his bill. Just the words “civil unions” doesn’t mean a thing.
