Marijuana growers and dealers in California are rejoicing at all this. The Obama administration is putting the profit back in their lines of work. The only logic I can infer is that big pharma is dangling some political cash in exchange for the effort. Clearly not well thought out. (Like a lot of things coming from the WH.)
