@markg8: You are correct sir. According to the Census Bureau, FHA foreclosure rates went from 1.7% in 2000 to 3.8% in May of this year. That’s not good, but it does outperform the mortgage industry as a whole, where the foreclosure rate rose from 1.2% to 4.6% over the same time period.
According to a 2008 study by Federal Reserve Board economists, CRA underwritten loans had delinquency rates lower than sub-prime or FHA loans, and foreclosure rates lower even than conventionally underwritten prime loans.

When Biden makes a career of being a public Christian like Ricky, who is constantly disparaging the morality and virtue of everyone who doesn’t bang a Bible fifty times a day, then I’ll ride his ass for not being more charitable. Ricky is so damned pious he should be wearing a “God’s Chosen One” t-shirt, but the millionaire fukcwad can’t give more than a piittance of his income to charity? It’s called hypocrisy, Shooter – look it up, it’s a conservative specialty.

Seems as if Mr. Young decided to scarper after getting his arse handed to him by the good folks here. Typical conservative response to pushback: run away (and likely complain to friends about how uncivil everyone on this board is)…
