Cut him some slack. He’s got a romantic streak. Like, remember when he was in love with George W Bush and he wanted everybody who didn’t appreciate him to go to jail or get beat up by cops or be tortured or something? And then he figured out that his party hated all gay people and not just Those gay people who so he fell in love with Obama and discovered healthcare legislation and serious moral questions about torture and the smartness of black people?
It’s like you people don’t take his commitment to useful discourse seriously or something.
This is still my favorite, though.
i’m sorry but i pay for those soldiers to fight in a volunteer army. they are servants of people like me who will never fight. yes, servants of civil masters. and they will do what they are told by people who would never go to war. that’s called a democracy.
