PEOPLE, PEOPLE, PEOPLE, IF YOU ARE ARRESTED STATE THAT YOU HAVE CHEST PAIN AND CAN’T BREATHE AND THAT YOU NEED A AMBULANCE!!!!!
Once you are arrested state you are having chest pain and difficulty breathing (heart attack) then demand a ambulance and transport to the ER for evaluation.
BY LAW YOU CAN NOT BE DENIED EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE!!!!
This will also require one of 2 things: either a cop to be taken away from the protest to guard you at the ER(that’s not gonna happen), or the cops will call a judge and issue you a personal recognizance bond since when you are under arrest THEY are responsible for paying for your medical care while in custody and they don’t want that bill.
When the cops leave the ER (that’s even if they show up) leave the ER, thank the staff and sign yourself out of the ER without going to jail or having to post bail. (cool uh?)
Or if there is no cop in the ambulance, wait till you round the corner, demand that they stop and let you out {they have to by law or it’s kidnapping} just do them the favor of signing their medical waiver if you take that approach.
(even cooler uh?)Chest pain and shortness of breath are the magic words. Hell, if that doesn’t work fake a seizure, just be sure to pee in your pants, spit foam and such all while shaking for a minute or so then play unconscious then act confused a few minutes later while “regaining” consciousness so you appear more authentic. This does work b/c most cops can’t tell a fake seizure from a real one.
Remember, by law you can not be denied emergency medical care!!!!!!!
