Why be such a d0ucher?? Mainstream economists and attorneys are discussing the platinum coin and consequently MMT. My suggestion is far fetched for sure but certainly not in the realm of the illuminati given the conversations folks are having about the platinum coins.

As Wigwam says in his reply to your comment…it seems to me that monies in the treasury general account are limited to being used by congressional appropriation. Indeed, it is likely that such a plot would constitute a criminal enterprize worthy of a conspiracy charge in the least. You would probably have to have an actual theft of the coin and a subsequent foiling of the thieve’s plot.
