Any idea what this means in dollars and cents? Will Colorado residents now pay more for their dope than before it was legal? What is the “wholesale” price of an ounce? Will only dispensaries be able to get it wholesale? Who will supply them? Is the government now their dealer? If not, how does a person who has been growing marijuana formerly illegally now do so legally?
