The collections powers the US Congress gave itself, and those who work for it in the student loan racket, are a crime against American citizens.

It is high time we all REFUSE to deal with these 3rd party parasites and FORCE the US Government and Department of education to re-negotiate those loans, and to reauthorize bankruptcy protections for students.
