You neglected to mention Massachusetts v. EPA, the April 2007 decision by the Roberts Supreme Court (usual wingnut suspects in dissent, of course) that facilitated this “mad power grab” by the EPA. The Court held that, if the EPA determined greenhouse gases to be detrimental to be adversely contributing to global warming, the agency of course had the power to regulate it as a “pollutant.”
