I think Federal Marshals should be called up to deter the illegal brutalities by the NYPD (and PD depts in every city where peaceful protest is being met with police violence). Those officers who are denying American citizens their constitutional right to peacefully protest should be arrested. Police Commissioner Kelly should be made to explain the behavior of his/these civic employees. Mayor Bloomberg should be condemning the brutal treatment of his citizens by these civic employees. The People should not tolerate much more from these white fat brutes who have tarnished there oaths.

In my heart I knew it was something as sleezy as this. Also I suspect the chief prosecutor Marianne Ny is being coerced to press on with this ridiculous case in the same way prosecutors in Spain were suborned by the US State Dept to drop the case against our torture draft authors.
