I’m always quite interested to read the updates about this project– thanks! I’m looking forward to hearing about the results they get. I think it sounds fantastic and I hope the results they get are as they are expecting.

    Very nice, Tammany. Thank you.

I think you’ll be able to put out future editions on a fairly regular basis. The midterm elections alone should account for a couple.

Yep, that’s what I mean (electromagnetic pulse). Sorry I wasn’t clear. Such a thing can be done well up in the atmosphere and have catastrophic results for us down below.

While the crashing in the ocean scenario is probably the most likely one, this is the explanation that rings most true to me . My fear is that someone weaponizes it by loading something that will unleash an EMP. They fly it over the U.S. and we helpfully blow it out of the sky and send ourselves [...]

There’s a substance called Bragg’s Aminos. I was going to try it until the new grocery store by me opened with a great GF section that included GF soy sauce (among other sauces). You have a good memory!

Sorry if I was unclear. Tamiflu is definitely prescription-only.

Also, I double-checked my lysine bottle and it is 500 mg capsules, so I mis-spoke. I take one twice a day, for a total of 1 gram per day.

No, no drops in tea. I just slurp up a teaspoon of the syrup each time (while holding my nose). Sometimes I dilute it into an ounce or two of water. I think it would likely ruin your tea! Lysine is an amino acid. Interestingly, it is used to prevent cold sore outbreaks. As an [...]

I know that some flu viruses have developed an immunity to Tamiflu, but I don’t think it’s fair to say that it never worked. I will say that the only time I’ve ever had influenza, my husband and daughter also had it. Lab verified. We were miserable and so sick. The Tamiflu made a big [...]

I use iHerb but there are other options. You can buy a tablet form of the elderberry extract, called Sambucol, at any drug store. It’s not cheap but it tastes a lot better! It dissolves under the tongue. Nature’s Answer is the brand I get. There is another brand with an almost identical name which [...]

Morning, all. I wanted to share something that has worked very well for us: elderberry extract. It has been shown to be as effective as Tamiflu. Of course, that means it doesn’t work against all cold and flu viruses, but when it works, oh does it! It dramatically shortens the length of the illness as [...]

Crane, I’m sorry to post yet again (I keep having after thoughts), but one other thing did occur to me: HAZMAT. I’m wondering if you can locate any Hazmat specialists in your part of the world. I know you haven’t ruled out chemicals, and that should be their area of specialty, right? I guess I’d [...]

The only wash I know about is called Hibicleanse. You can get a generic version at the various chain pharmacies. It works, too, for MRSA. Before the culture results came back on my infection, they were convinced I had MRSA and so I got instructions on washing with the povidone iodine. They also mentioned the [...]

Crane, One other thing: povidone iodine. I am a carrier of both strep and staph (fortunately, not MRSA) and I have had a scary infection, cellulitis, as a result multiple times. Whether it’s MRSA or regular staph, one thing you can use to eliminate as many of the bacteria as possible on you is to [...]

Crane, A couple other thoughts come to mind: 1) Contact any local universities or medical school. Maybe they could take and possibly identify any samples you bring them. (For that matter, they don’t have to be local– see number 2). 2) Do you have access to a digital camera that could take some detailed pictures? [...]

  • That’s my worry, Old Fat Guy. They can only threaten and throw tantrums for so long before everyone writes them off as crying wolf.

It seems like they’ve escalated their behavior and rhetoric dramatically in a short period of time. That worries me, too.

I was interested in getting one until I learned they are made, if I am remembering correctly, by an Israeli company on land stolen from Palestinians. I couldn’t support that. I ended up (mostly) giving up sodas and now instead I pop a seltzer (just water and carbonation) and add a syrup of some Kool-Aid [...]

Just when I think it can’t get much worse, you prove me wrong. I truly despair for our country and the steady erosion of our rights.

Why do they even pretend to honor the Constitution any more? The men who wrote it would hardly recognize it as it is represented today.
