Rcall cannot occur until after the 1st year in office.
That being said, because of staggered terms, 1/2 of the Senate is potentially subject to recall now.
BTW, I just love how Barack-in-Chief, Mr. “I will march with them,” is just making oblique comments.

If you are someone like me, who clicks in the open space in the scroll bar to move through an article, it (at least in FireFox 3.6.12) scrolls a full page when you do this, but one page includes that %$#$% bar, so that 1-2 lines between each screen are not shown as one scrolls [...]
